“Our mission is to bridge the gap between maritime labor and next-generation finance — with secure, compliant, and seamless services”

The Problem
Seafarers Are Financially Underserved
  • Millions of seafarers work under international contracts with limited access to modern banking services;
  • Cross-border salary payments are slow, costly, and non-transparent;
  • Most shipping companies rely on legacy banking, with poor support for crypto and real-time settlements;
  • Demand for hybrid (fiat & crypto) payment infrastructure is growing.

Our Solution

SAFE is building a multi-functional platform enabling:

  • B2B onboarding of shipping companies
  • B2C onboarding of individual seafarers
  • Fiat and crypto payroll accounts for each seafarer
  • Real-time crypto-to-fiat conversion
  • Crypto debit cards for spending anywhere
  • Global cross-border settlement infrastructure

Integrated Withdrawals from Maritime Payroll Providers:

SAFE offers seamless withdrawal and account crediting for seafarers receiving payments from the most popular maritime payment platforms:

  • MarTrust
  • ShipMoney
  • Kadmos

Phase 1 – 2024 (completed)
Phase 2 – Q2 2025
Phase 3 – Q4 2025

Roadmap
During this phase, we laid the legal and operational foundation for the SAFE platform. Key achievements include:
  • Company incorporation in El Salvador (Safe Assistance Finance Exchange S.A. DE C.V.)
  • Development of the legal and compliance model in line with local crypto regulations
  • Successful acquisition of a BSP license to operate as a regulated Bitcoin service provider
  • Company incorporation in Indonesia (PT PRIME TRUSTED PARTNERS)
Our immediate goal is to partner with a licensed financial institution (PSP) to enable the following functionality for our Сlients:
  • Fiat Payment Acceptance
  • Fiat-to-Crypto Conversion
  • Crypto Card Issuance
In the second phase, SAFE will obtain a full regulatory license in El Salvador to operate as a digital asset service provider with expanded capabilities.
  • Enable independent execution of crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto exchanges via obtaining DASP license in El Salvador
  • Use partner crypto liquidity providers and regulated fiat payment gateways
  • Strengthens our position as a fully autonomous, vertically integrated platform
Fully Integrated Financial Platform. In the final phase, SAFE becomes a fully autonomous and licensed financial ecosystem, serving both seafarers and shipping companies through a unified platform.
  • Dual Infrastructure: Crypto & Fiat
  • Issuance of branded virtual and physical debit cards directly from SAFE
  • Direct onboarding of both B2B clients (shipping companies) and B2C users (seafarers)
